New York, my favourite city in the world! The Empire State Building, Central Park, Broadway, Soho. Like Alicia Keys sang in ‘Empire State of Mind: ‘these Streets will make you feel brand new..’. No matter how tired you are, The City will always give you energy! Oddly enough I don’t really do a lot of shopping when I’m here. I’d rather walk around town than hang out in a mall. But there’s one shop I always need to visit… A few of my fave New York hot spots. Let’s go!
‘Just give me the cupcakes and nobody gets hurt!’ First I need to get me some cupcakes at The Magnolia Bakery at Bleecker street.
Still popular to this day because of Sex and the City. 401 Bleecker Street.
Ladies…I know what Fashion heaven looks like. Just like the store ‘A Second Chance Resale’ ! Unfortunately I wasn’t allowed to take pictures inside the store but picture this: a store full of vintage Chanel, Hermés and YSL. Bags, clothing, shoes and jewelry…you name it, they’ve got it! Locations: 1109 Lexington Avenue,Upper East Side and 155 Prince Street, SoHo. Heaven!
Grab a Chai Latte and walk The High Line. Love it! The High Line is a city park built on the elevated part of an old railroad trail. Runs trough the Meatpacking district and Chelsea.
SoHo, I love this part of the City. SoHo stands for ‘South of Houston’ (street). I love the beautiful cobblestone streets and there are many art galleries, little shops and lofts in this neighbourhood.
