1. Hands down the best upscale shopping street I’ve been thus far. Via della Spiga. Where the windows of Dolce & Gabbana, Miu Miu and Missoni look like real works of art.
2. Move over, Victoria! Ever since I discovered this lingerie store I’ve been a fan. Beautiful, affordable and simple, without loud colors. Intimissimi.
3. Calling all Carrie Bradshaw’s! Remember.this.word: Scarpe! (Italian for shoes) Even if you have tiny feet you will definitely find a nice pair of heels in Milan.
4. You won’t be able to leave one of these glove shops without buying a nice pair. Super soft leather in all possible colors.
5. No sun, no problem! A rainy day doesn’t have to stop you from doing some damage. You’ll find the coolest brands like Azzaro, Eres, Pucci and Twin Set all under one roof at La Rinascente.
6. In need of some fashion inspo? Order a cappuccino and have a front row seat on the terrace. Italian ladies (and gents) look effortlessly stylish. Everything looks perfect. Still not inspired? Get your own copy of ItalianVogue.
7. In Milan you don’t get coffee (or water) at Starbucks. But at one of these fashion cafés like Armani, Bvlgari or Trussardi. And keep your sunnies on…yes also inside.
8. Usually we don’t do public transport but in Milano it’s a different story in this cute retro tram.
